Listed below are the requirements that each applicant must meet
to be eligible for the Pets Are Loving Support Program:

1) The Application must be filled out completely or the applicant will risk in having the application void.

2) No applicant cannot have more than 2 pets in the program.

3) Each animal of the applicant must be one year old or older.

4) The applicant must make less than $25,000 per year.

5) The applicant must be under a doctor’s care, on social security or disability.
(A copy of your current social security or disability award letter must be
present when the application is returned, also a letter from your doctor is needed before returning the application…we don’t need to know the your
case, we just need a note that you are for sure under a doctor’s care)

6) If you are working…3 current pay stubs (copies) are required when returning your application.

7) If you are a homebound applicant and cannot drive or get around we’ll need
a letter from your doctor that you are indeed homebound.

(Please note, the Pets Are Loving Support program does offer food delivery on
the 2nd Saturday of each month only for our homebound clients. Also note that
all our drivers are volunteers and we may not be able to deliver to your area if
you live far away…please call the Pets Are Loving Support office at
(404) 876-7257 and see if we are able to deliver to your area) If you do live far away and we are not able to deliver to you…you may have someone come down and pick your food up for you…please note, that we do not offer more than one months’ supply of food at a time.

8) If you do not own a car and are not homebound, normally we will not deliver
to you…you’ll need to find someone who can bring you or have someone pick up your food for you, granted some exceptions can be made by the executive director…please call the Pets Are Loving Support office for more info.
