Phinn and Gio - Phinn is on the right, "let's play ball!" Gio is on the left, "i'm in deep thought right now."
PHINN
Tall, dark and handsome. That pretty much sums Phinneas up. Oh, and not to mention stoic, brave, vibrant and dependable. In April of this year Phinneas was inexplicably struck with Myasthenia Gravis which is essentially random paralysis. Something that is sure to ruin anyone's day, right? But Phinn is a fighter. In fact, he is one of the strongest but gentlest dogs you'll ever meet. Phinn was a champ and battled through his disability and, against all odds, is now back to new (maintained with just a couple of pills each day). Phinn has a reputation as a melter of hearts.
Everyone who meets him falls head over heels in love with his smile, his humor and his huge desire to please. Phinn has a one-of-a-kind nature and adores the company of any other creature; big, small, male, female, feline or human. Everyone is a friend to Phinn and it's a party every time he walks in a door. There is no doubt that life with Phinn would be one full of the good stuff - laughter, love and learning.
GIO
Most things get better with age and Giovanni is no exception. At 10 years old, this gentleman is one old dog you can definitely teach new tricks! Don't let that greying chin fool you; not only is he smart and spunky, but he is a sucker for a game of fetch and will chase a ball just as well as any of those young kids. He is especially spry for his age and is a great walking partner too (he behaves very well on-leash).
Gio is a self-confessed ladies man and prefers the company of girl dogs. He is a real people person, happiest to just sit and lounge with his companion. He is fiercely loyal to his family, welcoming of any new face and a devoted and affectionate friend. Giovanni is a modest guy but he has let on a couple of times that he would love nothing more than a loving home in which to retire peacefully with a family who loves him for exactly what he is.
