My name is Timi and I’m from LA. A wonderful lady, Traci Jean Gallegos-Schuver, rescued me from a high kill shelter. I don’t know why I was taken there but she was my guardian angel and saved me so I could be happy and live free.
My daddy knows Traci and saw my pic on her rescue site, Saving Imperial Rescue. He said when he saw me that he fell in love with me immediately. He asked Traci if he could adopt me and fly me to Atlanta to be his special little man.
I flew to Atlanta in August of 2017. My daddy said he was adopting me but I know better. God brought me into his life to save him through the hard times he had gone through with his health and almost dying. I loved being by my daddy’s side 24/7 and I know he loved me. He took care of me, loved me unconditionally (I taught him that. That’s what we dogs do best) and he protected me. In 2019, I could tell something was wrong with me. Daddy took me to Ansley Animal Clinic for another check-up. They said I had developed a heart murmur. When they told my daddy he cried. I wanted to let him know I would be okay and that we now both had heart conditions.
I had three occasions of congestive heart failure. My daddy rushed me to the hospital every time and the doctors (angels) saved my life each time. In June of 2020, I had my last congestive heart failure and the doctors said it was time for me to be with my friends in heaven and God.
I now look out for my daddy from heaven.
I hear him say that I changed his life. He says now we will change other babies ‘ lives and their parents. I love you daddy and will watch over you until you come and be home with me.
XOXO
Your baby boy Timi
